The cleanliness of hydraulic pipe fittings is directly related to the performance, life and safety of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic system transmits and controls power through pressurized liquid in a closed circuit, and contaminants in the system (such as solid particles, chips, burrs, casting sand, etc.) will accelerate the wear of parts, block the throttle holes, cause the components to lose their adjustment function, and even paralyze the system. Therefore, cleanliness testing is not only a key link to ensure the efficient operation of the hydraulic system, but also can significantly extend the service life of the system.
Cleanliness testing evaluates the cleanliness level of parts by analyzing the weight, size, quantity and type of contaminants on the surface of the parts. With the development of technology, cleanliness testing has evolved from simple weighing methods to accurately analyze the size and quantity of contaminants, thereby more comprehensively evaluating the cleanliness of the product.
In 2024, in response to customers' strict requirements for product cleanliness, Master took a series of innovative measures to improve the level of product cleanliness management and testing, and successfully passed the customer's on-site audit and obtained a sample order.
1. Invest in cleanliness testing equipment
These equipment can integrate multiple functions such as pressure jet cleaning, perfusion cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning, and realize the simultaneous cleaning of parts and filtering and recycling of particulate pollutants. This equipment not only improves the detection efficiency, but also standardizes the cleanliness detection control process.
2. Build dust-free workshops and laboratories
In order to meet the high cleanliness requirements, Master has built dust-free workshops and dust-free laboratories to ensure the cleanliness of products during production, testing and packaging. The design of the dust-free workshop strictly follows the cleanliness level, temperature and humidity requirements, and reasonably divides the flow of people and logistics to avoid secondary pollution.
3. Cultivate professionals
Master has also trained a group of professional dust-free laboratory personnel who are proficient in operating cleanliness testing equipment and conducting tests in accordance with international standards (such as ISO16232, VDA19). These professionals have not only improved the detection level, but also accumulated rich cleanliness management experience for the company.
