First of all, I wish I had photographed the packaging. This comes in a plastic case with all the air sucked out so it is sort of flat but lumpy and badly wrinkled. It's mostly hard when you open the plastic case. The next thing you notice is that these are not uniform memory foam cushions but the pillow is filled with lumpy pieces of I don't what. Some might be memory foam but not like any foam I've ever felt in cushions. It's very lumpy and when you sit on it, even after it has time to plump up after it comes out of the package, some of the lumps stay pretty hard and poke the "backside". I have issues with my back and hip, which is why I bought this pillow. There is no way it will help with either. This pillow is not supportive and it is very uncomfortable. I want to return it.
