Light Duty Pallet Rack

When your in the racking and shelving business you have numerous friends ask for a good deal on new and used shelving for their backroom, basements, garages and pole barns. After years of tweaking the design I’ve developed the perfect bulk shelving product – My Light Duty Pallet Rack used as to a heavy duty bulk shelving with clean wire decks. As you can see by the pictures it looks great!

We can provide new or used wide span bulk basement shelving units with particle board or wire shelving. The units are provided in starter units and add on units which can be joined together to create a row. The upright range in height from 6′, 8′, 10′ and 12′. Shelf depths include 18″, 24″, 36″ and 48″. Shelf widths of 48″, 72″ and 96″ with 3″ high profile provides heavy duty long span shelving.

There are 3 components to our heavy duty bulk shelving: Upright frames, beams and decking (3/4″ particle board or wire mesh decking). Shelves are adjustable on 2″ increments which gives you lots of flexibility. The racks can be purchased individually or they can be laid out in rows, along a wall or configured back-to-back throughout your space.

Our advantage over other big box bulk racks on the market is that our backroom shelving has solid upright posts (no splices), has much greater strength and is offered in many different sizes and colors. Our bulk racks are constructed of the same pallet rack that you see in large warehouses. Shelf capacities range from 1,000 LBS, 2,000 LBS and 3,000 LBS per shelf level. That is more than enough to store your heavy parts and equipment.
