Thanks to the brand for the fragrance. The mAPA Awards officially announced the winners two days ago, and Unheimlich by WienerBlut won the Overseas Art Perfume of the Year Award. But I won't follow the trend today, and will talk about another work of the brand, Klubwasser Valley Journey.

If you like green leafy notes and hiking, you must try this valley trip. This work gives me the feeling of a lush valley with lush vegetation but already traces of human involvement. After the opening, the smell of angelica root and white rosin is very strong, so the fragrance produces a full earthy, bitter and peppery aroma. On top of this, white rosin generously contributes to the green and peppery paste and earthy aroma. The green fragrance of this work is worth mentioning. Banana leaves, nettles and ivy are not conventional sources of green leafy aromas, but it is very interesting to put them here. After combining angelica root and white rosin, the bitter or green parts of these green plants seem to be growing wildly, as if telling the sniffer: This forest is not your backyard, there are no bright and lovely flowers for you to appreciate, only the original law of natural selection in the forest is practiced by various plants.

The fragrance lasts for 6-8 hours, which is normal. In addition to the green fragrance of the soil, the fragrance in the middle and later stages mainly has the texture of burning incense with green smoke. The fragrance table includes Guyun balsam and frankincense Pistacia, but I personally feel that the latter is more obvious. The green and cool balsam smell, which is different from frankincense, is slowly released with a wisp of smoky feeling that is not pungent. It feels good. The overall feeling of the valley trip is good to me. Although I am not very interested in the green note, the texture of the materials and the artistic conception of this work are quite good, which reminds me of the famous forest in Vienna.
