Dive into anything

I have a ‘10 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport 5MT, 130K miles. Just a few minutes ago I was exiting the highway and the clutch started acting funny - depressing the clutch was no longer smooth and once I did depress it the engine would start to bog. This became worse once I put it into gear. Stalled once but managed to limp home.

Am I correct in diagnosing this as a throw out bearing failure? Are there any other parts in the clutch assembly that I should have inspected/replaced?

The clutch itself appears fine to me - I’m the second owner (purchased at 100K miles), original clutch, and I’ve never noticed any slipping.
