Use a grinding wheel cutter or pipe cutter for cutting. Oxyacetylene is strictly prohibited. After cutting, use sandpaper, file or grinder to grind and remove burrs.

Support (hanging) frame setting: Set reasonable support (hanging) frames according to the characteristics of the pipeline to prevent axial displacement of the pipeline and joint leakage due to pressure and temperature changes.

Rubber ring installation: When installing grooved pipe fittings, tighten the bolts on both sides alternately, check whether the rubber sealing ring is wrinkled, and replace it in time if there is any problem.

Groove rolling process quality control: When rolling grooves, the groove depth should be controlled to avoid excessive depth or shallowness affecting the quality of the pipeline interface.

Cleaning and inspection: Before installation, the pipe fittings and grooves must be cleaned, checked for impurities or damage, and all pipe fittings and accessories must be compatible and installed correctly.

Maintenance and care: After installation, regularly check whether the connection is tight, clean and lubricated to ensure the long-term performance of the pipeline system.

Civilized construction: During the construction process, attention should be paid to protecting the finished product, avoiding the application of inappropriate external force, preventing mechanical damage and leaving hidden dangers.
