- Inner diameter micrometer: resolution 0.001mm, accurate measurement of deep holes or complex cavities, error control within ±2μm.
- Three-claw micrometer: three-point measurement method eliminates workpiece deformation error, suitable for tapered holes or special-shaped inner diameters.
- Go/no-go gauge: quickly determine the inner diameter qualification, ensure batch production consistency, and increase detection efficiency by 50%.
● External Diameter Detection:
- Vernier Caliper (0.02mm) and external micrometer (0.001mm): suitable for conventional and precision external diameter measurement, covering the range of φ0.5mm to φ500mm.
- Runout and cylindricity detection:
- Micrometer dial: Real-time monitoring of workpiece radial runout, error ≤ 2μm, to ensure rotation accuracy.
- Cylindricity meter: Analyze cylindrical profile through laser scanning to eliminate taper or ovality deviation.
- Three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine: Three-dimensional scanning to detect geometric tolerance (such as parallelism, verticality, flatness), with an accuracy of 1μm.
- Hardness test: Rockwell/Vickers hardness tester simultaneous testing, covering the range of HRC15 to HRC68, to ensure the wear resistance and fatigue resistance of the material.
Each product is equipped with a unique code, and the data from raw material procurement to final inspection is recorded throughout the process to support quality traceability and problem location.
Develop special inspection fixtures and algorithms for special customer needs (such as micro parts, high-precision special-shaped parts) to meet the ultra-precision requirements of ±0.002mm.
