TC4 / TG4 is with 3 lips oil seal for reciprocating-shaft applications, is designed to minimize lip deformation under reciprocating motion and pressure.
The difference between type of TC4 & TG4 is outer thread. TC4 type is without outer thread, TG4 type is with outer thread. The the picture below, you will understand well.
